The building consists of an 82-story (400 m) super high-rise hotel office building and a 54-story (180 m) super high-rise public rich office building. The planned total land area is about 22669.62 square meters, and the total construction area is 392.091 square meters. The two buildings are connected by a three-story podium building and a four-story podium building. The main function of the podium building is commercial, and the tower is used as a hotel office and apartment office, with four floors of underground parking. It is expected to be initially completed in 2017.
